Choose Mississauga or Stoney Creek, then select your room and time in our online booking system. Payment and confirmation are handled there. Reservations can be made up to 10 days ahead.

Your booking includes a smart door access link sent by email from Kisi. Follow the instructions in that email when you arrive. There is no need to install the Kisi app. If you need help, call (905) 519-9674.

Yes. Both locations offer automated access, 24 hours a day. There are no staff on site, but telephone support is available around the clock.

If a room is available, you can make another booking online from your phone. Your simulator session follows your reserved time.

Rates are per bay, per hour—not per person. Choose a room that suits your group and check its current capacity in the booking system.

You are welcome to bring your own. Complimentary clubs are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sets are limited, so contact us if you have specific requirements.

Yes. Both locations welcome left-handed and right-handed golfers in all bays.

Allow approximately one hour per golfer for an 18-hole round. Book a little more time if you would like to warm up or take a relaxed pace.

You may bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Vending machines also offer snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

Yes. Private and connecting-room options are available at both locations. Check the room details when booking, or contact us to find an arrangement for your group.

The published policy allows a credit or full refund for changes at least 24 hours before your tee time. Changes within 24 hours receive a credit usable Monday–Thursday. Email [email protected] with your booking confirmation and check the current terms when reserving.
